The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. Is that why when I was younger I always seemed to develop pneumonia after smoking ? Hadn’t smoked since the last tome I smoked a few cigarettes and and pneumonia soon after for the fifth time.

My late father was an intern in NYC in 1940. He described doing this exact procedure with ethyl chloride. Working with another intern they would do up to 15 cases in a morning at a City Hospital!
